We’ve seen a number of different UMD cases come out in the few months the PSP has been available in the US. That said, the Silicone Armour Case for PSP from Dragonplus is basically a UMD case keychain, the first design like this we’ve encountered.
For a first effort, it’s not bad at all. The exterior is translucent plastic with a soft blue rubber for the interior. Protection for the two UMDs in the case is excellent — there is virtually no way for them to get scratched, even if the case should fall open, which is unlikely thanks to a sturdy latch. A small notch towards the top of the UMD on either side of the case allows for somewhat easy removal. Overall, the Silicone Armour Case for PSP is an excellent low-cost accessory that will keep two UMDs safe and sound on travels with your PSP.
Pros: Good protection, decent looks, inexpensive.
Cons: UMDs slightly hard to remove from the case from time to time.
