Today's USA Today contains an article highlighting the preparation for the PSP's North American launch.
The article confirms reports PSPworld had gathered that Best Buy stores across the country will be opening at 8 A.M to celebrate the launch. "We expect people will be lining up very early," Best Buy spokesman Brian Lucas says.
"We're looking to do those kinds of numbers on Day One (in North America)," says Sony's Jack Tretton on the 1.3 million PSPs sold thus far in Japan. Unfortunately, retailers declined to let slip the exact number of units they have been allocated for launch day.
