A judge ruled in Sony's favor today by ordering online retailer ElectricBirdLand to stop selling imported PSPs immediately. The injunction is only temporary, as an infringement lawsuit brought against the retailer by Sony goes on. Sony is arguing that the sale of imported PSPs can "very significantly impact the excitement and anticipation of the market and the way we can exploit that in the run-up to the September launch." The next hearing is scheduled for July 18.
