IGN today posted an article that links to a filing of the North American PlayStation Portable manual on the web service site of the FCC's Office of Engineering and Technology. This manual filing seems to point to the possibility that Sony will forgo the Standard Pack offered in Japan and offer only the PSP Value Pack in North America.
