Target Dropping UMD Movies?

Is box top retailer Target pulling UMD movies from their shelves? That seems to be the rumor right now on the gaming blog Kotaku. A reader and Target employee told the blog that it seems like his employer has pulled the PSP UMD movies section from at least all of the Targets in his city. It would make sense for this to be happening given the lukewarm reception UMD movies have always had from movie studios, retailers and consumers alike.
