Sony Considering Download Discount for UMD Owners

PSP games may be cheaper on Vita if you already own the UMD
A new comment from Sony suggests that digital copies of PSP games may be cheaper to download on Vita for customers who already own the physical game on UMD.
According to Andriasang, a Vita FAQ posted on Sony's Japanese site says that the publisher is "looking into" offering PSP games at a special price for UMD owners.
Sony hasn't officially announced the program for Vita, and it's currently only been hinted at by Sony Japan. Previous rewards programs didn't come to North America, but we'll update this story with any new information that Sony provides.
