Latest Installment of Multi-Award-Winning Series Set to Ship On March 11, 2008

Empire Interactive PLC, the international developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software and a unit of Silverstar Holdings Ltd., has set March 11, 2008 as the North American release date for the latest iteration of the multi-award-wining FlatOut Series, FlatOut: Head On for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) system.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will distribute and market the destructive racing title under the Empire Interactive label in North America.

"Bringing the latest edition of this tremendously successful FlatOut series to North America with the help of WBIE is thrilling and strengthens our important relationship with this industry powerhouse," said Clive Kabatznik, CEO of Silverstar Holdings. "With the marketing of FlatOut: Head On in their capable hands, we are confident the broadest audience possible will get a chance to get behind the wheel and accelerate FlatOut to another big hit for Silverstar."

FlatOut: Head On takes advantage of the PSP systems recently enabled faster processing power and the instant pick up and play arcade style. It boasts the most four-wheeled mayhem ever seen on PSP, with no less than nine different game modes, including carnage challenges, full career, destruction derbies, multiplayer party mode and the bone-crunching ragdoll stunt mode.

The FlatOut physics engine delivers levels of extreme racing that have yet to be seen on the PSP. Get ready for head on destruction that could leave the track, your car and even you in a million pieces. Persistent objects like fallen rocks, shopping trolleys and car parts remain on the track from one lap to the next, creating additional obstacles to avoid.

The more carnage you create, the more points you score, though it also means the more problems you will face. However, using this to your advantage will get you even more bonus points by wrecking other vehicles throughout the race. With multiplayer WIFI and party gaming modes from wheel to wheel challenges, demolition derbies and the always favorite rag doll stunts, the only reason you will stop is if you have no wheels left.
