Rhames voicing Vance in GTA: Vice City Stories?

Rockstar Games may have netted itself a well known actor to do the voice of Victor "Vic" Vance in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. A posting over at the Internet Movie Database lists Ving Rhames – most recently of Mission Impossible 3 – as the actor who will be doing the vocal work. What is not clear is if Rockstar submitted the information itself to IMDB or a hopeful fan instead.
