PSP puzzler Gunpey ships Nov. 14

Namco Bandai said today the PSP puzzle title Gunpey had gone gold and would ship Nov. 14. This title, according to a press release, "flaunts mesmerizing visuals, hypnotic grooves and addictive puzzle gameplay. With a variety of challenging modes, unlockable signature skins, multiplayer capabilities and a plethora of original music...Players will sweat as they rush to explode rows of rapidly ascending lines, flipping squares in five consecutive columns in hopes of connecting a chain. When an incomplete link slips through the player’s grasp and reaches the top of the screen, it is game over. In-game artwork, backgrounds and music never take a backseat.

The PSP system version of Gunpey will deliver a more sophisticated, techno-futuristic experience...with 40 varied backgrounds, stylized music, and two-player multiplayer over wireless Ad-Hoc connectivity."
