PSP Poker: Worth a Go or Naff? You be the Judge

Poker is an exciting game in real life, but how well have the strategy and thrill been translated to video game consoles? We compiled a list of the best PSP poker games we could get our hands on, excuse the pun :-D. As this is something we've never researched I was surprised to find more than a handful of commercial titles that had made a release. We hunkered down and played a bunch of them, including the following:

After checking these titles out 'World Championship Poker 2: Featuring Howard Lederer' seems to be the industrial standard (bench mark) for the PSP. The game has smart AI that takes full advantage of the poker variations, with fairly realistic characters and decent animation. Included in the mix is a bunch of different game modes to try out, but the ultimate show stopper has to be the Texas Holdem poker game.
