PSP, Other Sony Products in Lawsuit

Sony apparently has been hit with another patent suit, at least part of which is targeted towards the PSP. According to GameSpot, the semiconductor company Agere Systems is claiming "willful infringement of eight patents" in regards to a variety of Sony products, with the "patents in question" covering "wireless local area network apparatus to barrier layer treatments for tungsten plug." Sony is of course defending itself, claiming it has had rights to the patents for years.
