PSP gets concept touchscreen via USB

What would a touchscreen on the PlayStation Portable be like? There are some concept images of one such idea posted which show how one called the PSPTouchME would overlay the regular screen and connect to the PSP via USB. It is an interesting idea and would certainly give the PSP one additional feature which currently distinguishes the Nintendo DS.
