Hong Kong video game retailer Lik-Sang said today they would be shutting down operations as a result of legal actions against them by Sony. Sony claimed, said Lik-Sang, that "Lik-Sang infringed its trade marks, copyright and registered design rights by selling Sony PSP consoles from Asia to European customers, and have recently obtained a judgment in the High Court of London (England) rendering Lik-Sang's sales of PSP consoles unlawful". The retailer said they would be refunding all orders recently placed and defended themselves from allegations placed by Sony in regards to the trans-global sales.
