A recent job posting by the company calls for an experienced PSP programmer with more than one year experience working on DS, PS2 or PSP titles. In addition, candidates for the job must have “experience in 3D engine, AI and Gameplay programming.” Crytek, best known for their first-person shooters Crysis and Far Cry, are based in Eastern Europe, and this job is located in Budapest, Hungary.
It will be interesting to see what the company has in store for Sony’s handheld, although we wouldn’t be surprised to see a Far Cry port or a similar first-person adventure title announced in the near future.
