Glyde.com - The Simpler Way Of Selling Your Old Games, Books And More

Somebody's 'don't need it anymore' can be somebody else's 'need it real bad'. That is where auction sites came from. Glyde.com is an auction site. Its roots
are somewhat different though. Glyde came from the need to buy and sell used things, like video games, easily and transparently.
When you go to Glyde.com for the first time, you will be greeted with a clean grey background and a very simple interface. The products on sale slide out from the right and sit neatly against the clean background. Click on an item and the item details come in to being on the page itself, similar to how Facebook works these days. There's no 'add to cart' here. Just click on buy and you are taken to a really friendly checkout screen.
Selling is equally easy. The 'Sell' button is accessible from anywhere on the site because it always sits on top along with the search bar and the 'Buy' button. Register for an account (takes seconds and there's no 'confirmation mail') and you are in. Then search for the item that you want to sell. If it is within their database, you can list it immediately. No filling up forms or anything. Choose the condition your item is in -- there are four levels to choose from and it starts with new/never opened. The good thing about this system is that it takes the burden of correctly listing an item off the seller
and makes for very professional listings despite the site catering to everyday people like you and me.
Once your item is sold, you receive a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope from Glyde. You put your item in this envelope and just drop it in the mail. Once your buyer confirms delivery, the money is dropped to your account. You can even choose to give away some or all of the money to charity. There are several charities to choose from.
The buyer is secure knowing that he/she will only be charged when the item is delivered. The payment gateway is VeriSign authenticated.
The best feature about Glyde.com is that it does not assume anything about its users. It is designed for even first timers to start buying/selling within the first few minutes. The interface is clean and focused. No distracting ads and absolutely no clutter. Every step is not only clearly marked; there are helpful descriptions written in conversational language for each major action. With the large search bar, big buttons and minimal design -- you will know what to do and how at the first glance. Glyde.com takes a lot of care to ensure that you never feel lost.
So visit Glyde.com and trade up those old PSP games!
