GameFlavor announces Xboxist; Looking for writers

The GameFlavor Network, which includes PSP World and PS3 Informer, is pleased to announce today the launch of Xboxist — a new site dedicated to the Xbox 360. In addition, GameFlavor is putting out a call for extra writers for PSP World, PS3 Informer, Xboxist, and forthcoming Nintendo DS and Wii sites.

There are paid spots and free contributor positions open. In addition to perks like free games and accessories, your name will be on each story you write and post — a bonus for those of you looking to break into gaming journalism.

If you're interested in writing about the PSP, Xbox 360, PS3, Wii or DS, please email us — email(at)gameflavor(dot)com — with a brief description of yourself, including your age, and any academic or professional experience, along with three short sample stories. Also include your computer platform (Mac or PC), whether you would consider a paid or volunteer position, which consoles/handhelds you'd like to write about, and what times during the day you are available. Basic HTML and photo editing skills are a must for applicants.
