The UK-based developer has announced that they are looking for a publisher to bring their first PSP title to retail.
PyroBlazer is a futuristic combat racing game with an over-the-top steampunk look and feel. The PC version also makes heavy use of the PhysX physics simulation software.
Set amidst the awe-inspiring locations of New Apeiron, players get the opportunity to race through a multitude of environments using a wide selection of anti-gravity craft. In their quest for glory, players can blast their way through the scorched valleys of Gnosis, the deserted cities of Haedra or the densely populated Underdome of Evelads.
As players fight their way through the championship, they can earn improved craft called "Blazers" that come with better speed, handling and superior firepower. Players also have the ability to pick up weapon and ammo upgrades during the race, further enhancing their ability to dominate the competition.
Despite inevitable comparisons with Wipeout Pulse, this game appears to have its own unique style and gameplay mechanics. We recommend that racing fans check out this intense trailer to see what is headed their way when PyroBlazer comes to PSP.
