Bring this Korean PSP title to American shores

What determines if a foreign PlayStation Portable title ever makes it to U.S. shores? One interesting overlooked title is DJ Max from Pentavision, which this gaming blog describes as "a Korean rhythm game". A YouTube video attached to this post shows a game which has promise for its fun play style and catchy music. This same company has announced DJ Max 2 for the PSP. As the author says on his post "Publishers, are you listening?"
