KEMCO will be the official Japanese publisher of the game developed by Bloober Team.

Today, Bloober Team S.A. signed a contract with Kotobuki Solution Co., Ltd. (also known as KEMCO), which makes KEMCO the official and exclusive publisher of Assault Armies video game on the Japanese market.

Bloober Team is a joint stock company listed on the New Connect market based in Warsaw, which develops and publishes video games distributed digitally. After the success of Paper Wars: Cannon Fodder, Bloober Team was invited by Sony to create a game for the launch of PlayStation Vita gaming console on the Japanese market, which is to take place in December.

This appears as the yet another success of the Polish video games industry. After the world premieres of the Witcher 2, Dead Island and Sniper, Polish video game developers are more and more recognizable on the global market of digital entertainment. Their extensive preparation and great passion results in fresh and new ideas, which enable them to compete with the greatest powers in the video games industry.

Bloober Team was founded in 2008 as a company focusing on work-for-hire model. The experience they gained this way translated into independent productions developed over the next few years. At first, these were low-budget games, which fast became popular. Today, due to the engagement in the PlayStation Vita premiere, the company enters the group of developers who will successfully create games for the more demanding and prestigious market of high-budget video games available in digital distribution. Bloober Team hopes that its presence in this segment will enable it to significantly increase profits from their productions.

Above all, Bloober Team's success was possible thanks to its young and very motivated team. They gained experience in making video games with titles like Music Master: Chopin, Fish Tank, Paper Wars: Cannon Fodder, and realising work-for-hire projects. This enables Bloober Team to develop very good games (in the field of digital entertainment) in a very short time, which leads to significant cost reduction for each production.

After the premiere of Assault Armies for PlayStation Vita, Bloober Team, which until now was associated with lesser games for portable platforms, will have the opportunity to join the most acclaimed Polish video game developers like CD Projekt RED and City Interactive. All of these companies are listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange. However, it is Bloober Team that made the greatest progress, totally changing the target segment for its games.
