Have you ever heard the saying, "Heroes are remembered, but legends never die!"? You would understand this saying once you play Medal of Honor Heroes, because you feel the cause flow through you once you step right on the beach and take down your first enemy. This is a continuation of the hit series ported over to the handheld so you can travel with the war. The M.O.H series as you all know is based soul on the WW 2 era where you a put to the test of patriotism and understanding of what you are really fighting for. If you feel you are born heroes or even a beginning hero than grab your colt pistol and infiltrate this review soldier!

Okay soldiers listen up and listen up good! Some of you been through these campaigns before and some of you are still F.N.G's, but the one main thing to remember is that no one lives forever! You will begin the game with a mission briefing just like all the rest with a story from the OSS and some Intel pictures to follow the dialogue. The question is obvious where you start attacking and that is of course the beach. Here you will infiltrate the bunkers killing any enemy that comes in front of your cross hairs. They keep the action fluid with explosions and gun fire coming at you in many different sequences which forces you to keep moving no matter what.

The button configuration is the same as the other title. The face buttons are act as your secondary analog stick so you can look up, down, left and right. The R button is your primary firing trigger, and the D-pad changes your weapon, zoom in and body position which can give you a headache without some practice first. Soon enough you will get the hang of the controls in no time, especially when you are under fire. The game is not that bad at all. You get your mission objectives and secondary objectives to earn medals. Some Intel in the game you would have to obtain while others are hidden for you to find which keeps you on your toes.

The graphics are done really well for this title, but that is no surprise since certain games ported to the PSP make you believe it is a PS2 title. I like this titles that gives you stunning visuals and interesting game play for a handheld; it keeps you on your toes while you’re traveling. There is a multiplayer mode in the game and unlock able that will satisfy your taste for replay value. Some first person shooters are sometimes clunky on the PSP, but when you shoot the weapons in the game it is amazingly accurate, even when you don't hold the left trigger to get a better cross hair shot.

I would have to say the only thing bad is that it is still a World War II game. There are others wars out there people and a lot better upgraded weapons that would be sweet to use. It was fun the first three campaigns, but now it is the same old song and dance with a different tile. I'm sorry guys but it is time to get a time machine and move on to the next battle. At least give us desert storm or make up something, there is nothing wrong with creative imagination.

All right cadets lets review now, so we have a good storyline, fluid controls, a nice gun system, hidden objectives while playing the campaign, unlock able, and of course the multiplayer to take on friends. Sounds good so far, but let’s get back to reality! It is all the same game so you can first pick the Hero difficulty without worrying too much about training or getting killed, because you went through the war so many times you can do it blind folded. All right so my final verdict on this games performance I give Medal of Honor Heroes 2 for the PSP 3 purple hearts out of 5.
