New Valkyria Chronicles 2 Japanese Trailer

Sega's Valkyria Chronicles 2 is coming to the PSP in Japan on January 21, 2010. The company today released a new trailer for the game that shows off some of the beautiful anime cutscenes that will feature in the handheld release. The video also introduces the cast of main characters, and if you understand Japanese, you might find these enlightening. Gameplay looks very, very nice, with cell-shaded graphics that capture the mood of the console game well. Valkyria Chronicles 2 uses the same Blitz battle system from the first game. Players will use both real-time movement and turn-based strategy on a series of smaller battlefields. Command Points are used to select various units such as tanks and soldiers. Once selected, these units are manually controlled as in a third-person shooter, with players stopping to aim at enemies.

After viewing this video, it would be safe to say that Valkyria Chronicles 2 is currently our most anticipated RPG game on any platform.

Nice, maybe the original will go down in price so that people can actually play it. Its one of the only games that hasn't gone down in price much.
