In a recent conference call with press and analysts, Namco offered new details on Dead to Rights: Reckoning for the PSP.

"Dead to Rights: Reckoning is a brand new entry in the series. Reckoning takes place before the original Dead to Rights and has Jack Slate and dog Shadow in an investigation of a major crime lord.

The new game will have 16 disarms, including a new dive tackle disarm. There are five disarms per class of weapon and players can shoot while laying down. Jack can dual-wield sawn-off shotguns to pump hot heat into his enemies

Reckoning will include a multiplayer deathmatch mode with levels inspired by the single player mission."
