Liberty City Survivor
This is a normal deathmatch mode, offering both team and individual games. Kill Limit mode allows the game to run until a player or team reaches the limit, while Time Limit stops the game when the time limit is reached.

Protection Racket
This team-based game involves the destruction of four limos at a gang’s base. In the first round, one team will be attackers and the other defenders. A timer counts the time it takes for the first attacking gang to destroy all four vehicles. Once that goal is achieved, the teams switch sides and it is on the second attacking team to destroy all the limos before the timer — counting down from the time it took the first team to reach the goal — runs out.

Get Stretch
Similar in principle to a “Capture the Flag” mode, Get Stretch is a team battle in which one gang must steal the other gang’s car and return it to their own base while protecting their car from being stolen.

IGN has also posted a hands-on with further explanations of the multiplayer modes.
