Chinatown Wars PSP Looks Better than DS Version

Rockstar games has released some screenshots for its upcoming top-down crime simulator, Chinatown Wars. This title takes the franchise back to its old-school roots. But there is nothing old-school about the graphics, which now show Liberty City brought to life in magnificent detail, even if the perspective remains locked to an overhead camera like in the old games. Compared to the DS version of Chinatown Wars, the game looks downright spectacular on the PSP. There are now fancy lighting effects for explosions and car headlights, and everything looks a little more realistic on the wider screen. The only possible complaint we can imagine having is that the PSP will lose the extra map screen, which was convenient - and necessary - while navigating the world on the lower-resolution DS version. We definitely think that Chinatown Wars could turn out to be one of the hits on PSP in 2009.

the psp china town war is much better than the ds one and china town wars should have been on psp first

Wow it looks more fun than GTA Liberty City Stories, I'm glad I sold it. Does anyone kno how much this will sell for?

although i do agree china town wars will be much better than the ds version (i think the psp is a superior gaming console) I can't take this feeling of what a let down this game turned out to be, IT SUCKS that they used the old school view, it makes the game sucks so bad THIS IS SO LAME!!!!!!!! THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THE GAME NOT FROM A BIRDS EYE VIEW BUT FROM THE TYPE OF VIEW FROM THE OTHER GTA GAMES FOR THE PSP this graphics are so lam why have it birds eye view rockstar messed up a good game dont no why

The first GTA was a top-down shooter. Fun as hell. They just went back to it so that they could fit more features in for the DS.

very sucky .... vcs n lcs were much better .... this shows that rockstar instead of advancing in psp games , became much worse !!

i just getting started play chinatown,,,but why rockstar gives a small street,,i can't manuver well,specially when cops all over my tail,
