Best Buy is sending out an email to Reward Zone members giving them the first shot at pre-ordering PSPs from the retailer. From the email:

"Here's your chance to be FIRST IN LINE for the new Sony PSP.

As an exclusive offer for Reward Zone program members, a limited number of PSPs are available for pre-order purchase two weeks before the Sony PSP is available in stores.

Use the link below on Thursday, March 10 sometime after 10 a.m. (CT) for access to a members only BestBuy.com sign-in page. From there you'll be able to pre-order a PSP. But don't delay, quantities are extremely limited. (There's a button here on the email.)

In the fine print it gives a limit of one per customer. If you have recieved this email but have pre-ordered elsewhere, post in the forums if you would be willing to use your Best Buy pre-order for one of the unfortunate souls who doesn't have dibs on one yet.
