Retailers Break Street Date on PSP 3000

Have you been pulling an Eric Cartman, unable to stand the wait before grabbing a shiny new PSP 3000 when they arrive in shops tomorrow? Well, get out of the freezer, fanboy, because you may not have to wait that long after all. PSP 3000 systems bundled with Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters have been popping up in retail chains all across the United States, well in advance of the official launch that was planned for Tuesday, October 14th. So far the silver Ratchet bundle is the only package that has been spotted in the wild, so those holding out for the 4GB multimedia pack will have to wait. Some of the shops that readers have reported selling the PSP 3000 include Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. So, if you have been waiting for the PSP 3000, why not venture out side and see if you can't snag one a day early?

Well, I do not suppose there will be any shootouts like what happened in PS3 launch day. Many friends of mine sold their PSP this last summer(now the price will drop significantly) and waited for the new version.

I saw one for sale at a local wal-mart in Dallas, but when I tried to purchase it, the computer gave an error and they wouldn't sell it. The clerk then went and took them all out of the case and into the back.
