Nokia N8 Unboxed, OMG!

Whenever a shiny new piece of kit comes on the scene, the unboxing videos inevitably follow. Usually these feature chubby fanboys effusing enthusiastically while their best friend points a shaky camera in their direction. The soundtrack invariably consists of breathless descriptions of the foamy packaging, punctuated by OMGs (and occasionally a few OMFGs). Nokia have taken a different approach for their official unboxing video for the launch of the Nokia N8: interactivity. After an over-polished intro, the video allows you to choose who you would like to unbox the N8 phone for you. Choose between Brenda, Ryan, and Suzy, each will show you their own perspective on what is inside the box and give you their own views on the product and its list of features. Its hard not to like this creative attempt at viral advertising, at least they know who their target demographic is.
