Playgear-Street-200Logitech today took the wraps off three new accessories for the PSP.

The PlayGear Mod headphones feature a behind-the-head design and 30mm neodymium drivers. They will be available in July for $29.99.

The PlayGear Street Carrying Case features a clip-on strap that can be worn like a messenger bag or like a camera bag, or can be directly clipped to another bag or belt loop via the included carabiner. The case has a polycarbonate top shell for protection and holds the PSP, up to three UMDs and up to four Memory Sticks, and provides access to the headphone port even when closed. The Logitech PlayGear Street Carrying Case will be available in July and will sell for $29.99.

The PlayGear Visor protective screen cover is a clear polycarbonate hardcover that overlays the PSPs screen, preventing scratches and fingerprints from affecting the screen. It will be available by the end of July for a price of $9.99.

Playgear Visor - I'm hopeful on this one. The uncovered PSP screen is glorious to behold. When I splapped on a (necessary) silicon protecter, it really diminished the magnificence. I'm hoping Logitech can give us protection without diminishing the beauty. (Glass anyone?)

I agree, I went to their site and gave them my e-mail address to notify me when they are ready to go. I'm also getting their cool looking speaker system.
