Custom PSP Faceplate

A while back we told you about the custom PSP faceplates being offered by Lik-Sang. These user-installable ‘plates are available in five colors — sexy red, pure white, translucent blue, liquid silver and transparent — and while installation does require voiding your PSP’s warranty, for those early adopters out there this really isn’t a big issue unless you purchased and extended warranty plan at the retailer where you bought your system.

We found the installation to be a rather painless process. You remove five outer screws that hold the faceplate on, two screws inside that secure the analog nub assembly, and remove all the buttons. Simply place everything in its corresponding position in the new plate, replace the screws, and that's it. All in all it took us about ten minutes to accomplish, not counting the thirty seconds it took to read the instructions.
