Flexiskin-1BoxWave recently announced its FlexiSkin soft case for the PSP. The form-fitting case features an anti-slip surface and full sound output through a protective layer. The case is washable and tear-resistant. FlexiSkin for the PSP is available now, in Frosted Clear only, and sells for $24.95. The case is also available as part of a FlexiSkin Starter Kit, which features the case as well as one miniSync USB cable and one ClearTouch screen protector. The FlexiSkin Starter Kit sells for $44.92.

You can get the same FlexiSkin for less than $10 shipped on ebay. However why anyone would want to hide the beauty of the PSP under a somewhat ugly lucking rubber - thats something I would really like to understand! Also, putting a layer of rubber on top of the buttons will impact how accurate the button presses are: another reason leading me to wonder what the benefits of this product are...

I would NEVER use one of these on my sleek PSP. I can't even imagine how your buttons would feel with this thing on. Plus I've read on PDA forums that all their "flexiskins" are cheap and thin and rip easier. like the poster above says might as well get it from ebay, same quality anyways.

Have you ever tried to type on a keyboard that had one of those frosty looking dust protectors on it? Sucks huh. I'm guessing the same will apply with this. I can't dog it till I try it though.
