Sega this week revealed that the next installment of their Football Manager soccer management franchise, typically a PC/Mac only affair, will be offered on the PSP as well. Football Manager 2006 will offer players a choice of leagues from more than five countries, and a transfer system allowing for the singing, borrowing, selling, and loaning out of players from their 30 man squad.
“The opportunity to work on PSP was simply too good to pass up,” says Sports Interactive MD Miles Jacobson. "As one of the lucky few to have played with some of the new features, I really can't wait to play the finished game,” says Jacobson. “We're delighted with the support that we've had from our community for FM2005, and the next iteration will raise the quality bar even higher.”
Football Manager 2006 will be available on the PSP this Winter.
