Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee now shipping

Sony today announced that Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee is now shipping to stores nationwide. Open Tee represents the fifth installment in the Hot Shots series and the first for a portable system. The game features both single player and wireless mulitplayer (Ad-Hoc) modes. Players can customize their player using a character customization feature that includes over 250 customizable body parts, accessories, clubs, and balls.

"The Hot Shots Golf franchise has been a popular staple for both PS one and PlayStation 2 over the years and we are pleased to bring this familiar gameplay experience to the PlayStation Portable," said Allan Becker, director, product development, SCEA-Santa Monica. "With all-new features, including the availability of wireless gaming and a new putting challenge feature, Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee is a unique golfing experience for when you are on-the-go, whether it be for five minutes or an hour."
Hot Shots Golf:Open Tee is rated "E 10+" for "Everyone, ages 10 and up".
