Harry Sutton: Why should i NOT be given a PSP? I have been stranded on this sodding rock (Great Britain) and have been subject to 4 release date changes. Lucky US citizins get it about 3 months before we do, and i am sick of the fact that Sony still can't confirm the release date for Europe. Why do i deserve a PSP? Because i have been a patient, forgiving sonuvabitch for too long!
Ben: Well this year has been a rollercoaster so far. So far this both of my parents had to go to the hospital for surgury. Because that had happened my parents were not able to work so that caused them not to get paid. I went with both of them to the surguries. I will admit it wasnt fun but there my family. I am also a big gamer although I dont have a Xbox. I pratically play games all the time. When the Nitendo Ds came out last your I got it the first day and spent all of my savings and Christmas money on it for it and a game. The game systems I have are the Gamecube, the PLaystation 2, a Nintendo Ds that I mentioned earlier, and my computer. I have been entering every contest that I could win a PSP. Another reason is after playing games and going to the hospital I still manage to have passing grades in school abd they havent slipped once. I have been waiting ever since I heard about the PSP for it to come out. Even if i save up to buy it my parents would not let me buy it caus e they think it is a waste of money. I had to talk to them to let me buy the Nintendo Ds. After i bought it they wanted me to take it back. Also I love music and with the PSP I can use my computer and put alot of music on it. I love movies also and I loved the movie Spider Man 2 The Movie. Every Tuesday i go to Blockbuster and rent every new release that they have. As you know you can watch UMD movies on it and take it any where abd show it off to my freinds. That is why I deserve PSP.
Steve: Why should I win? Well there is no real good reason, I plan on copping one from Wal-Mart tonight. But it certainly would be nice to win something nice once in a while. I would grab an extra copy of Lumines and give the PSP to my fiance (who only can stand puzzle games) so we can play ad-hoc lumines!!! I'll keep dreamin though!
nix: Why i deserve a free psp (nobody really deserves one-its a gift from u). First of all, i have never had a single game console in my life, so it would be really really nice to receive a psp. Secondly, even if i had the money to buy one, my parents probably would not allow me to buy one -something to do with not wasting my time. Since teh first news came out on the psp, i have been eagerly followin every single update by going to teh public library and reading the latest gaming magazines- i don't have the internet. I'm so desperate for a psp that i have made photocopies of actual sized photos and made models of teh psp using cardboard and paper-i really don't have much to do at home. This may be why i dont have friends at school-most see me as a homework geek (probably because they freak out when they find out that i dont have any video games). I do like playing games a lot though- i visit some friends of teh family to game with their son-some kids have way too much allowance (the kid is just 12 and he has a gamecube, x-box, playstation and superNES) It kinda makes me cry because i'm 16 going on 17 and i don't even have one of those. I do however spend some of time playing outdated demo games on my computer such as pinball-i've played it so many times i cant beat my score any more. I dont think anybody really deserves a new psp, but i woudl really really like to haev one. The only way i would ever get a psp in the future is if i save up enough money in 2 or 3 years secretly-because my parents control my account and i dont have an allowance- so without u guys, i pretty much screwed. If i win this, it would make my dream come true, i wouldn't be able to express my thankfulness and gratitude towards u guys that are providing this gift. Even if i do not win, which is very likely-i dont know whether i've ever won a contest in my life- i'm dtermined to get a PSP one way or another. Thanks for reading this pitiful article and thanks again for providing this contest.
Daniel Scragg: Alright, Why do I deserve a free PSP. I don't think I can really say I deserve one, why would I? It's more of a desire, I mean who doesn't want a PSP? I'd buy one if I had the cash but I'm broke and with what money I do get needs to go towards me moving out. I'm 17 years old. :D
Adam Monroe: Why I deserve a Sony PSP? Well my Dad says I can't have one for starters, and says I have to work for it. In my state I can't even work yet; that is unless some company hires people as young as I am. 14 years of age and can't get a job to work for a living. What a shame. What to do? Enter every contest and hope I get accepted somewhere? Sure, but what's the use? Yeah, I have faith that I might win somewhere, but it also sounds like allot of disappointment to me. But if you ask any of my friends, I'm the crazy one in the group so I did exactly what might bring so much disappointment it's insane. I entered every contest I've been eligible for so far. Nothing has come up yet, and I'm hoping something will. I'm a good kid, I do well in school I have almost 5 times the amount of community service hours needed to graduate done my freshman year. My friend took a trip to Japan right before Spring Break started and grabbed himself Japanese PSP and I played on it, and was blown away (I was playing Dynasty Warriors, the Japanese version)! I want one so badly now out of envy! I also own a Microsoft Xbox, a Nintendo DS, PS1, Sega Genesis, and most of the Gameboys and I would love to continue my collection with the prized Sony PSP. Right now I have a total of $10.00 to use towards a PSP, not exactly enough to buy one, not even a UMD movie... I could really use a media storage place to put my pictures and music on that I like. Overall I would really appreciate it and good luck to all the other contestants.
Joe Mckenzie: I have never ever had a portable or regular gameing system and I have known about the psp for about 3 years and I have saved my money for all that time and just guess how much money I have saved 110 dollars and all that is from my birthday which is like 10 people who gives me money so I have absoulutly no way to make money trust me. And my dad wont let me play any video game but the email address is my sisters plus I have read all the reviews about and it sounds and looks ausome just by reading about it. Every summer I go to my moms in ohio and I live in maine so its about a 16 hour ride so just imagine a 16 hour ride and there is absolutly nothing to do. so anyway I give a thumbs up for the sony campany and the people who worked so hard to get this done and good luck to everyone who entered this contest ,peace.
David B: I believe that I don't DESERVE the psp, I think I should recieve one thoug. I have had troubles through step-dad's x-wife taking $500 dollars for child support to a child that is 19 years old. My real dad is fighting over us but is causong more attourney fees than happyness. I also only have a ps2 and a GBA. That's it. Well and a PS1 but I never played that anymore and gave it to a friend who never played it before. I feel I deserve that psp becaues I get nearly strait a's in all my core averages, and I do have of the house work around and don't get paid for it. I take out garbage, burn burnables, wash the 2 cars, vaccuum out those 2 cars, mowe the lawn, vaccum the house, sweep all the tile (which is at least 60 % of the house), fix my step-dad's computer, clean all 3 bathrooms, and run errands around the house for my mom 24/7. I'm only 14 going on 15 years old and I do all that. I don't get paid. I am currently saving up for a laptop and am 1/10 of the way there. At my current rate , it will take me 10 years to get enough for a good laptop. I can't afford a laptop AND a psp! Although I HATE wighning (err i know i spelled it wrong) about what I HAVE to do, and what I DON'T have but I think I should recieve a PSP. I have entered almost every contest you can find to win a PSP. I am a very desparate little boy. Please help me recieve a PSP PSP World! Thanks For Listening To Me Complain, David P.S. I have also been VERY patient.

Anthony: Hello world and all who inhabit it. I am writing today because I think I deserve to win. I think I should win because of all the possiblities there are in store for me. The thrills of a PSP are vast and unimaginable. I would wish to win one as well because I have never owned a gaming system of my own, not even a portible system. What are known to me about videogames are a vague memory. The only reason I know anything about the new advancement in technology {the PSP} is because my friend told me, of course the only friend I have, Jimmy. He has never owned a gamesystem either, yet is nowhere as near as desperate as I. The PSP would bring me such wonder and joy. I would be as happy as a school girl skipping on a beutiful Spring day. My life quest would be comlpete for the PSP I desire. That desire is a power, more than god. The PSP is my destiny to fullfill and to complete my couriosity, what majestic power does the PSP hold, my only way to find the answer is to win this contest. Thank you, and let life feel good as jello pudding.
Ken Irving: Why do I not deserve a free psp well everyone here in this contest most likely deserves one and they all have great reasons why and my reasons may not be half as good as theres but I want one twice as much. I first read about the psp in psm and there was very little about it but I went online and printed off pictures, articles, and accessoryes for the psp and spent houres just staring and reading. I have even got in trouble at school for looking up psp stuff and not doing homework. I have a gamecube but I can rarely play it because my dad wont let me play it to much because he uses the tv alot. The psp is my life, I will talk about it alot to my dad and my sisters who get so enoyed about me talking about it. My birthday was this past saterday 19 05 and my dad wants to get me one but he doesent have enough money. Well I have never won anything in my life but something small like a piece of candy. Anyway I just wanted to give it a shot because, hey, you never know.
Lisa Haye: I believe we deserve a PSP, I have twin boys 10 years old. THEY LOVE PLAYSTATION 2! I have one son, Alex who loves the outdoors also, his brother, Damian won't go play with him (help him catch lizards), because he's playing the Playstation 2. Damian's friends call him to find out how to get to different levels when they have difficulty because he spends so much time on it he knows. So for my sanity, and Damian's, we truly need a PSP, so Damian can go outside with Alex and he can take the playstation with him. Alex begs everyday, for just a little outside time with Damian. Also their grades in school are excellent and they truly deserve one. Thanks, Desperate Mom in Georgia
Hung Doan: I deserve a PSP because the last console I had was a Sega Genesis! I am way out of the loop but have been a huge Final Fantasy and Playstation fan living vicariously through my friends. From the start I have been a Sony fan and find Sony's gaming devices to be superior to the competition. The bottom line is developer support and a good legacy of customer awareness and care. Look at MS, they had to BUY Bungie in order to get their only flagship product (Halo) out the door. Nintendo is still stuck on the rolly Italian pizza boy, but Sony has advanced in graphics and well...awesome games. If I want to get games, I merely go over my friends houses, and it gets to be an inconveience. With the PSP I can truly experience the wonders of gaming and the next generation of gaming devices. The PSP sets the standard for portable gaming in that there are superior graphics to be enjoyed, a good price, and hot games with developers wanting more! I want to be part of this frenzy, it's been awhile and I would like to own another gaming console that is updated and one that would make me the envy of my friends!
Nick: I of all people deserve a psp, for I have been through so much, yet received so little. First of all, I helped engineer it. No, I'm serious! My stepfather (aka the brains behind the original playstation in Japan) invited me over for the summer in '04, the year that I graduated from high school. He didn't speak English, but my mom translated for me. Anyway, I soon found out that he was part of the design team for the psp! He took me into work one day to show me the entire behind the scenes. When I walked into the large white building in which he works, there was a picture of a HUGE psp. The part that was missing was the analog stick. With my mom's translation, I submitted the idea that a flat analog stick be placed under the d-pad. They happily accepted my idea, took it, and left me in the gutter. It turns out, that because I wasn't a legal employee of Sony corp., I didn't get paid. NOT ANYTHING! Not even one of those key chains large corporations hand out freely! Emotionally crushed, I made my way back to the states when summer was over. I then, hit the business world with my college savings. I purchased 400 Nintendo DS's for resale in Japan. I posted all of them on ebay. 7 days later, all of the bids ended at around $350 to $700! Unfortunately Nintendo of America charged me with "resale without license" or something unfair like that. Anyhow, all of the bids were terminated, I got no money at all, and I had 400 crappy systems on my hands. I reported this story to the local paper and they published it. 5 days later, someone broke into my house while I was at Taco Bell, and stole every single DS. I can no longer go to college, I no longer have any money, and I am currently living a poor, depressing life in my step mom's attic. A free PSP is the least you could do!
Natalie: Me out of all people deserve to win a PSP because my family have many money issues and I can't even get an i-pod shuffle for the cheapest amount of $99. And when I enter contests I never win I have bad luck when it comes to winning things or even getting things. I want to win this PSP and I would be so very grateful. The only and last game console that I got was a Nintendo 64 and that was about 8 years and I havent gotten anything new since then. The only place that I get to play games is when I go to my cousins house in brooklyn and thats like every two weeks.I love the fun games and I love the Playstation 2. Another reason that I deserve a PSP is because I'm 12 years old and I'm turning 13 and I don't have a job my parents have a tight budget. So please I want this whenever I save up money to get anything I always need to use it to buy something that I need. So I'm begging you I DESERVE TO WIN THIS PSP CONSOLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Antonio Wright: The reason why I desevre a PSP.Because all of my friends have Gameboy DS's and PSP's and I don't have one.And they tease me about it.I ask to play there game but they all say no. So I ask my mom to by me a portable game but she say's thats a lot of money and she can't afford it. I can't ask my dad because he died when I was 6 yr.s old.And I hadto deal with it for 6 years but now am 12 yrs. old.So my mom is single and works hard 12 hours.Well thats why I shoud win a PSP.
joe mckenzie: I didn't win so now I am sad so I must leave you now and I can just say goodbye and goodnight
Joe Mckenzie: Buuuuuuuu Hi me agian just saying hi

jonathan hugendubler: Why Do i deserve a free psp . I am i 12 year old boy.Well I work really hard in school but have little reward .I have gotten straight a's the last 4 terms , but The only system i have to relax on is a super nintendo . Sometimes I can only imagine the beautiful as a blue tidal wave , glowing blue screen utopia also known as a psp , but I can only imagine because my parents are paying off a new house and they are supporting my grandpa . Now if only i could make my dreams come true.
